Biographie
Né et élevé aux États-Unis, Jonathan Glapion a manifesté un intérêt pour l’art dès son plus jeune âge, ce qui l’a conduit à poursuivre une carrière dans le dessin et l’encrage de bandes dessinées. Il a étudié l’art formellement avant de s’introduire sur la scène professionnelle des comics, où il a rapidement gagné en notoriété grâce à son talent.
L’une des œuvres les plus notables de Jonathan Glapion est son travail sur la série Batman publiée par DC Comics. Aux côtés du dessinateur Greg Capullo et du scénariste Scott Snyder, Glapion a été un piliers pendant New 52, transformant Batman en une lecture incontournable pour de nombreux fans du Chevalier Noir. Le trio a également collaboré sur des arcs narratifs marquants, tels que La Cour des hiboux et La Nuit des hiboux, qui ont été acclamés par la critique pour leur intrigue captivante et leur qualité artistique exceptionnelle.
